Terms of return and refund

2. To exercise the right of return, the customer must return the goods received by registered mail, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Only the articles in new and complete condition, returned in their packing of origin will be accepted.
This right of return can only be accepted for items in their original state and complete. Any item incomplete, damaged, or whose original packaging has been damaged in conditions beyond its mere opening, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Attention: Shipping and returns are your responsibility, BRACHAR will only refund the items ordered except to the extent that we would have made a mistake in the order.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, BRACHAR will do its utmost to reimburse the user as soon as possible. This period will depend on the technical tests carried out on the equipment, of a maximum duration of 15 days (as from the date of reception of the goods at BRACHAR).
The customer will be refunded by the same means of payment that he or she used, (Cb, Paypal ..). If the user paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be credited to the account of the credit card used. It will be possible to confirm this refund on the next bank statement. In case of expertise of the article, the refund will be made within 20 days following the technical tests.
BRACHAR will return the goods if the transportation costs have not yet been paid by the customer; or if the procedures and the deadlines for the exercise of the right of retraction provided for by the legislation in force have not been respected; or if the returned item is incomplete, and / or if it is not in its original packaging with all accessories.

We will respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to available stocks. When you order, we inform you of the availability of the products you want to buy. Colissimo is sent within 48 hours maximum for France.
Delivery is made to the address you indicated when ordering.
For any payment, the order will only be processed upon receipt and collection of it and delays will run accordingly. The risks will be at your expense from the date on which the products ordered have left our premises.
All events, of whatever nature, beyond BRACHAR's control such as force majeure, disaster, strike, administrative decision or transportation stoppage, which would tend to delay, prevent and render exorbitant the execution of the procurement, expressly constitute a cause for suspension or termination of BRACHAR's obligations at its discretion, without compensation to the customer if the event extends beyond one month.
In any case, any delay in delivery can not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of orders in progress.
No exchange will be made except for nonconformity or defect of the product. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours after receipt of the order. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must send at his own expense, to BRACHAR, the support accompanied by the order form attached to the product. BRACHAR therefore undertakes to return to the customer, a new support to the address indicated on the order form. No other guarantee will be taken into account.
Any item received defective or presenting an anomaly may be returned to BRACHAR.
